-Pixelpumey's Terms and conditions-
1. The client agrees to have read and understood the terms and conditions by commissioning Pixelpumey.2. The client accepts and understands that an advance of 50% of the total must be paid before the model progresses.3. Payment is only made by an invoice of PayPal.4. In case of not delivering the model next to the agreed date, an explanation will be given as to why; The client is then entitled to demand a refund that will not exceed 70% of the advance if the model was about to be finished in a state of animation.5. In case of not having the advanced model, a full refund will be offered to the customer.6. We reserve the right to cancel a commission for any reason and give the commissioner a full refund.7. We reserve the right to deny any commission requests for any reason.8. I do not provide refunds after a piece is finished and delivered.9. Any changes made after the finished product will come at an additional charge of £5-10 GBP for each change.10. The maximum estimated time depends on the type of commission and slot. But for the very detailed models with complex toggles, it can take up to a year, maximum, if there are weather/health/ technical delays.
I try to be mindful of debuts/deadlines/TAT as much as possible, even with delays I don't control, while keeping the same quality.11. There is no estimated maximum time for raffle models, or free models.12. I do not sell or deliver the Live2D editable animation file.13. If you need your commission to be completed before a certain date. The Rush fee is +50% of the base price.14. In case of a waitlist slot cancellation, a refund is applicable only within 3 days after paying the slot.15. Files will be delivered through google drive, the link will expire in a month, and it is your responsibility to download them in the given timeframe.16. There is a fee for ¨U waitlist¨ slots.17. Due to administrative and accounting reasons, I will start rigging models within the regular ¨A waitlist¨ after 3 days of receiving the final .PSD.18. Give credits to the author of the rig

Art changes can be requested during the sketch process, the lineart process, cutting process, but not in the ready-to-rig and rig process.22. Only in live2d humanoid models (bust-up, half-body, and full-bodies) the commissioner has the option to pay 50% upfront and 50% after. In other types of commissions, the commissioner must be paid 100% upfront after approving the sketch.23. In live2d art; any changes made after the finished product will come at an additional charge of £5-10 GBP for each change.24. In art+rig; the maximum estimated time is 2 weeks/3 months, it may be shorter depending on the modality that is commissioned and the slot.25. In Art+rig the customer cannot edit or drastically re-color the art of the delivered model.26. In Art+rig; I deliver the . PSD of live2d humanoid models in case the client requests it, its function will only be for renders of the model, and editions for entertainment, but the re-rig is prohibited.27. In case of selling the model or changing ownership, I (Pixelpumey) must be notified. It must be accredited on it.28. I don't rig AI art.29. Give credits to the author of the art+rig

Sin embargo, para los modelos muy detallados con interruptores complejos, puede tardar hasta un año como máximo si hay retrasos por causas climáticas, salud o técnicas.

En Arte+Animación, el cliente no puede editar o volver a colorear drásticamente el arte del modelo entregado.26. En Arte+Animación; en caso de que el cliente lo solicite se entregará el .PSD de los modelos humanoides, su función será únicamente para renders del modelo, y ediciones para entretenimiento, pero queda prohibido la re-animación.27. Vtube Studio Tips
1. Practice with a free model before or in the meantime.
2.Keep your hair behind, and try not to use glasses while using the model.
3. Look straight to the webcam and click calibrate in the option of webcam tracking, and do different movements with your eyes and face until the level of confidence is 90 or 93%.
